Preseason Workouts
The Utah Islanders are in full swing, preparing for the season that’s quickly approaching. Under the leadership of Head Coach Ethan Wright, our athletes are not just working hard; they’re getting smarter, stronger, and more synchronized with each session. With the season opener just around the corner, the term “preseason” hardly does justice to the intensity and focus of our weekend workouts.
Early Mornings, Late Nights
Our team’s dedication is evident. Despite the chill of the early morning, by 7 am on Saturdays, our athletes are already pushing through rigorous workouts. And as the sun sets, they’re back at it, refining their skills in evening throwing sessions inside the bubble. This level of commitment from our players, as they prepare for the upcoming competition, is truly inspiring.
Growing Our Family
But it’s not just about the athletes. Each week, we welcome new faces to the Islanders family — trainers, media staff, assistant coaches, team administrators, and more. The program is expanding, and with it, our ability to support and elevate Utah’s youth in sports. For those interested in joining our journey, we’re still reviewing applications. You can find more details under the REGISTRATION section on our website.
Community Engagement
This May, our excitement goes beyond the field. We’re calling on our community to stand with us, to support not just the team but the dreams and ambitions of Utah’s young athletes. Whether at our games, community events, or through engaging with us online across our social platforms, your support is invaluable.
As we count down to the season opener, the work we’re doing now — the early mornings and late nights — is laying the groundwork for success. We’re more than a team; we’re a movement. And we can’t wait to share this journey with you. Join us, support us, and be part of the magic that’s building with the Utah Islanders. Let’s make this season one for the history books!
