Malani’s Things: Supporting the Utah Islanders and Building a Legacy of Family, Community, and Creativity

08/01/2025 – Malani’s Things, a Polynesian mother-daughter-owned business, is proud to announce its support for the Utah Islanders' mission to channel young athletes' energy into football while promoting health, fitness, and a positive mindset within the community.

"A Big Thank You from Malani’s Things"
“We’re honored to contribute to the Utah Islanders and their efforts to uplift our Polynesian community,” says the founder of Malani’s Things.

Malani’s Things began as a heartfelt project between a mother and her 13-year-old daughter, driven by a desire to strengthen their bond during the often turbulent teenage years. What started with eye rolls and hesitation from her daughter blossomed into a collaborative journey of building, creating, and learning together.

About Malani’s Things
The business offers a stunning selection of handcrafted jewelry and arts and crafts made from materials like copper, crystal, and resin. Every piece is infused with love, care, and the cultural inspiration that reflects their Polynesian heritage.

“Our journey into business has been about more than just making jewelry—it’s been a way to grow closer as mother and daughter,” shares the founder. “Through sourcing wholesale crystals, crafting rings, necklaces, and bracelets, and dreaming about my daughter taking full ownership of this venture, we’ve built a foundation of creativity and connection.”

The ultimate goal is to transform Malani’s Things into a recognized brand, much like “Made by Mary,” all while staying true to their roots and values.
